I'm so glad I clicked on this blog Suzan. Here I thought you were only a quilt maven. I'm really enjoying catching up with these entries. Sad to say, I think you're right about women and the vote. I think many will vote for her just because of her sex. Pathetic since she will set womens's causes back years with her Evangelical views. Don't quite inderstand why they can't see that.
You know what she reminds me of? A kid on a high school debate team. They know a bunch of facts, but haven't lived long enough to be able to look at them critically and draw their own opinions, so they just parrot what they've read and been told.
She's in her comfort zone putting out the rehearsed talking points but can't extrapolate or formulate her own position. Katie Couric interview - all I have to say.
